Building Commission
Requirements
- Membership in Holy Trinity Parish
- An interest in preserving and maintaining the buildings and grounds of Holy Trinity
- Willingness to lead teams of volunteers in painting, landscaping and maintaining the church and church grounds
- Ability to solicit volunteer labor to complete projects
- Knowledge of construction and building maintenance helpful but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Monitors parish facilities and grounds
- Annual walk-through during the summer months
- Organizes and supervises work parties semiannually
- Makes recommendations to parish staff and council regarding short- and long-term projects relating to the buildings and grounds
- Cooperates with business manager and outside vendors in fulling needs
